As I’m figuring out what my early 30s life and career should be looked like, and selected as an annual MVP in 2020. I found out that leadership is the same.
For example, working as a product manager, though its work load is quite heavy and stressful, I can’t help but care about the motivation and mental situation of colleagues. No matter they are from my or other teams, I spend time listening to them and sharing my personal stories which I’ve never expected to receive such appreciation, annual MVP, from them. Oh right, considering about the definition, it should not call MVP but an old-fashioned… “Distinguished Service Award”(熱心助人獎?).
Anyways, surprisingly, I enjoy doing this very much even after a tired work day, to the point that my boyfriend suggest I should be an HR instead.
Sometimes, when we’re upset, feeling that life is knocking us down, meanwhile we find out the deepest hope, peace, and belief.
“Do you love the gift or gift giver?” I thought of the story told by Anting Liu.
Recently, I’m slowing down, reading, writing, and searching for the suitable path.
Wish I could obey to Rulai, let him guide my body and mind to the right place.
